How long does the flooring process take?
Your garage will be completely transformed in just two days! One day one, our team will come prep the floor, repair and seal any cracks and get it ready for the coating on day two. The polyaspartic takes only a day to cure (epoxy finishes can take up to five days to cure) so by day three you can walk on our floors and we recommend waiting an extra day to park on it just to be safe.
How soon are you available for my project?

How do I clean and maintain my custom garage floors?
One of the biggest benefits of a CGS Floor System is the ease of maintenance that comes with them. The polyaspartic coats adhere better and thus offer more protection against chipping, peeling, and delamination. They are also UV-resistant and won’t fade or yellow over time as many epoxy floors do. What colors can I choose from?
We offer six color choices for our polyaspartic custom flooring: Salt & Pepper, Midnight Blue, Saddle Tan, Coyote, Red Rocks and Granite. If you have a different color in mind, talk to us and we’ll look for an even more custom solution for your garage.
I don’t know what color to choose. What is the most popular?
The Salt & Pepper is our most popular choice for CGS Floor Systems though Coyote has been a trending favorite! The Coyote and Saddle Tan flaking are also the most effective at visually hiding any dirt that may accumulate on your garage floor (but they all look great!).

What cities does Custom Garage Solutions work in?
We are based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado but proudly serve the greater Denver Metro area including Littleton, Parker, Castle Rock, Aurora, Lakewood and more. If your home is located in any of these areas, we’d love to customize it for you!
Do you work all year round?
Yes! Winter, spring, summer or fall we can work on your garage in them all! We just need the temperature to be above 40 degrees during flooring install.
How clean does my garage need to be to install floors?
In order to repair, restore and upgrade your floors we need to be able to access your entire garage floor on the same day. If your garage is full of stuff (which may be part of the reason you’re here!), we can help you with options to temporarily store your equipment, tools, bikes or whatever else is in your garage. Plus, our process only takes two days so you’ll be able to get right back in it.
Can our cabinets be wall hung?
In most cases yes. There are a couple models that have to rest on the ground but most can be hung.
Why steel garage shelves vs. plastic or wood?
Steel garage shelving comes as either wire shelving or solid shelves. They are heavier and more durable than plastic or wood shelves. Steel gives a clean look to your shelving. A lot of our cabinet systems can be wall hung which allow for much easier cleaning.
