1. Free Estimate
Every job starts with a free estimate. What do you have to lose? Meet our friendly team and we’ll discuss what your goals and needs are to see what the best solution for your garage is. We’ll put together a custom quote within just a couple of days based on the services that best serve your garage and space. Unlike many local companies which are part of franchises, we are family and locally owned and most of our business comes from referrals and past, satisfied customers. We remodeled a recent garage in Lone Tree and beat the competitor’s (a national franchise) quote by $4000! We also included additional services and add-ons that they didn’t including installing two additional power outlets and painting the entire garage.

3. Choose a Color
We offer five color choices for our polyaspartic custom flooring: Salt & Pepper, Midnight Blue, Saddle Tan, Red Rocks and Granite. If you have a different color in mind, talk to us and we can design an even more custom color solution for just a small uncharge (about $1/SF). Can’t decide on a color? We can help you visualize what might look best in your space. The Salt and Pepper option is our customers’ most popular choice and also a top pick for customers who are finishing their garage to increase their home’s resale value before putting it on the market.
4. De-Clutter and Clean Out
In order to repair, restore and upgrade your floors we need to be able to access your entire garage floor on the same day. If your garage is full of stuff (which may be part of the reason you’re here!), we can help you with options to temporarily store your equipment, tools, bikes or whatever else is in your garage. Plus, our process only takes two days so you’ll be able to get right back in it. With our Colorado sunshine, we fully operate year-round. However, if you need to store any of your gear outside temporarily, the spring, summer and fall tend to be our most in demand seasons as customers looking to upgrade their garage ahead of the winter can more easily move things in and out.
5. Install and Enjoy!
On day one, our team will come prep the floor, repair and seal any cracks or fractures in the cement and get it ready for the coating on day two. The polyaspartic takes only a day to cure (epoxy finishes can take up to five days to cure) so by day three you can walk on our floors and we recommend waiting an extra day to park on it just to be safe.
